Broj žrtava u obe zemlje popeo se na blizu 38.0000.
Na desetine hiljada je povređeno, a milioni su bez krova nad glavom.

Jedna žena spasena je iz ruševina zgrade u gradu Hataju na jugu Turske, nakon 203 sata od razornog zemljotresa, javili su tamošnji mediji.
Sedamnaestogodišnji Muhamed i jedan neidentifikovani muškarac spaseni su iz ruševina u Kahramanmarašu čak 198 sati posle zemlјotresa.
Spasioci i dalje tragaju za preživelima, ali najavljuju da će se spasilačke operacije uskoro prekinuti, jer niske temperature gotovo da ne daju šansu za preživljavanje ispod ruševina.
I dok su se neki spasioci, poput izraelskih, povukli, zbog, kako su rekli, neposrednih pretnji, a Moskva saopštila da povlači spasilačke timove iz Turske i Sirije, MUP Srbije je saopštio da Spasilački tim Srbije ostaje u Turskoj dokle god bude potrebno.
Građani Srbije od danas mogu da pomognu Siriji i slanjem SMS poruke na broj 1004.
Tlo ne miruje, zemljotres jačine 4,8 jedinica Rihterove skale zabeležen je sinoć u Kahramanmarašu.
Unicef upozorava da je milionima dece hitno potrebna humanitarna pomoć.
NIŠLIJE PRIKUPLJAJU POMOĆ ZA UGROŽENE U TURSKOJ
Slike ruševina iz Turske pogođene zemljotresom obišle su i potresle svet. Pomoć za državljane Turske prikuplja se širom planete, a punkt za pomoć otvoren je i u Nišu.
Iz počasnog konzulata Turske u Nišu kažu da se nisu nadali ovako velikom odzivu građana.
Gest jedne starije žene iz Sokobanje, koja je došla taksijem da bi donela pomoć, posebno je dirnuo sve u turskom konzulatu.
Punkt gde se prikupljaju donacije nalazi se na Bulevaru Nikole Tesle bb, kod motela Bosforus kale. Svi zainteresovani mogu da donesu pomoć u bilo koje doba dana.
GRAĐANI DONOSE POMOĆ U AMBASADU SIRIJE
Veliki broj građana odazvao se apelu Ambasade Sirije radi davanja finansijske i materijalne pomoći namenjene stanovništvu pogođenom zemljotresima.
Službenica ambasade Jasmina Meritakić rekla je za Tanjug da se građani Srbije odazivaju u velikoj meri da pomognu sirijskom narodu i da su u ambasadi svi prijatno iznenađeni tolikim odzivom.
“Ljudi donose i materijalnu i novčanu pomoć”, rekla je ona, ali je napomenula da ambasada nije našla način da na ugrožena područja dopremi materijalnu pomoć, koja je do danas skupljena u velikoj količini, a da je sa novčanom lakše.
Građani koji donose pomoć pristužu svakog trenutka, ali zadržavanja nema.
Neki od njih rekli su za Tanjug da su došli da pomognu sirijski narod u ovom teškom trenutku koji je zadesio njihovu zemlju.
Oni su naveli i da su prilikom predaje novca dobili od ambasade potvrdu o donaciji.
Sirijska ambasada će primati donacije u predstavništu u ulici Serdara Jola 12, svakog radnog dana od 8.00 do 15.00 sati.
ERDOGAN: TURSKA CENI SPASILAČKE NAPORE I POMOĆ KOJA STIŽE IZ CELOG SVETA
Turska ceni pomoć koja stiže iz celog sveta i spasilačke napore zahvaljujući kojima je iz ruševina izvučeno više od 8.000 preživelih, nakon razornog zemljotresa koji je pogodio jug Turske, izjavio je turski predsednik Redžep Tajip Erdogan.

U video obraćanju učesnicima Svetskog samita vlada u Dubaiju, turski lider je rekao da je više od 81.000 ljudi povređenih u zemljotresima otpušteno iz bolnica, prenosi agencija Anadolija.
On je rekao da Turska, koja se danas suočava sa “jednom od najvećih prirodnih katastrofa” ne samo u svojoj već i u istoriji čovečanstva, nikada neće zaboraviti “prijateljstvo koje je demonstrirano u mračnom času.
