Broj poginulih u katastrofalnom zemljotresu koji je u ponedeljak pogodio Tursku i Siriju premašio je 25.000, pokazuju podaci iz obe zemlje. Više desetina hiljada ljudi je povređeno, a milioni su bez krova nad glavom.

U 128. satu od zemljotresa u centru Kahramanmaraša, spasen je 13-godišnji Arda Can Ovun, koji je ostao zarobljen u ruševinama zgrade, prenosi Anadolija.

SPASENA I PETOČLANA PORODICA
Spasilački timovi u pograničnom gradu Nurdagu u turskoj provinciji Gaziantep danas su izvukli na sigurno petočlanu porodicu koja je preživela pet dana posle katastrofalnog zemljotresa, zatrpana u ruševinama svog doma.
Spasioci u Turskoj su uspeli da iz ruševina izvuku dve preživele žene koje su nakon razornog zemljotresa bile zatrpane čitava 122 sata.
U pitanju su Menekse Tabak (70) i Mašala Čičak (55), koja je izvučena ispod ruševina zgrade u Dijabakiru

Više od pet miliona ljudi u Siriji možda je ostalo bez domova nakon zemljotresa koji je u ponedeljak pogodio tu zemlju i susednu Tursku, saopštio je Visoki komesarijat Ujedinjenih nacija za izbeglice.
„UNHCR je fokusiran na obezbeđivanje skloništa i predmeta za pomoći, kako bi kolektivni centri za raseljene imali adekvatnu opremu, šatore, stolice, toplu ćebad, prostirke za spavanje, zimsku odeću i ostalo“, rekla je Sivanka Danapala, predstavnik UNHCR-a u Siriji.
Dodala je da je za Siriju, ovo je kriza u krizi.
„Imali smo ekonomske šokove, kovid, a sada smo usred zime, sa mećavama koje besne u pogođenim oblastima“ napomenula je.
Agencija Ujedinjenih nacija za izbeglice je saopštila da Sirija već ima 6,8 miliona interno raseljenih od početka građanskog rata koji je zahvatio tu zemlju još 2011. godine.
„Sve ovo, naravno, utiče na pristup pomoći. Putevi su oštećeni i to nas ometa u pokušaju da dođemo do ljudi. Bilo je veoma, veoma teško“, dodala je Danapala.
Na osnovu preliminarne procene, organizacija za izbeglice je saopštila da će 5,37 miliona ljudi pogođenih zemljotresom zatražiti pomoć u skloništima širom Sirije.
„To je ogroman broj, posebno za stanovništvo koje je već pogođeno masovnim raseljavanjem,“ istakla je Danapala.

Mehmet Jašar Džoškun, graditelj luksuzne zgrade „Rezidencija Renesans“ u turskom gradu Antakiji, koja je uništena u zemljotresu, priveden je na aerodromu u Istanbulu u pokušaju da pobegne u Crnu Goru.
Tužilaštvo u Istanbulu naredilo je hapšenje nakon saznanja da je Džoškun došao na aerodrom s određenom količinom novca kako bi otputovao u inostranstvo.
Osumnjičeni je zadržan na istanbulskom aerodromu, a kako je utvrđeno, pokušao je da otputuje u Podgoricu. On je, navodno, u Crnoj Gori takoše gradio luksuzne objekte.
Trinaestospratnica „Rezidencija Renesans“, u Antakiji, u provinciji Hataj, potpuno je srušena u zemljotresima koji su u ponedeljak pogodili Tursku.
Nadležna tužilaštva pokrenula su obimne istrage u vezi s tom katastrofom koja je pogodila jugoistok Turske i sever Sirije, i u kojoj je poginulo više od 24.000 ljudi.
Kompleks „Rezidencija Renesans“ u Antakiji ima oko 250 stanova, i kad je izgrađen reklamiran je kao luksuzna zgrada izgrađena u skladu sa građevinskim propisima
